UniBook Smart Stand Lite
Self-service terminal

Improves the quality of service for library visitors by giving them the opportunity to take a book on their library card on their own, without the participation of a librarian. Significantly reduces the burden on library staff by saving them from routine operations.

The terminal software is easy to learn and convenient to use for people of all ages, and the ergonomic and thoughtful design will fit into the interior of any library.

Smart Stand Lite is a slightly simplified version of the Smart Stand terminal, the key differences are the absence of a variable height of the work surface and voice support for users.

Ease of use

When creating software for our self-service terminals, we aimed at two main parameters: high performance and ease of use.

Thanks to the intuitive interface, working with the terminal will not cause difficulties even for people far from the world of IT technologies.

Anti-vandalism

The terminal body is made of durable and shock—resistant materials, which makes accidental or purposeful attempts to break the external elements unsuccessful. And the stable base of the terminal, with the possibility of fastening to the floor, eliminates accidental tilting of the terminal.

Built-in receipt printer

Automatic printing of a memo about the books taken, upon completion of work with the station.

Activation/ deactivation of the anti-theft function

Book delivery using the terminal automatically deactivates the anti-theft RFID tag.

Adaptation of software for visually impaired people

The station's software can operate in a special mode for visually impaired people.
